1. PRODUCTS/Services: By checking this box, you, the Buyer, agree to purchase the goods/services listed on the Seller’s online store, and the Seller agrees to sell such goods/provide the service requested, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
2. PRICES: The prices for the goods are as specified on the Seller’s online store at the time of your order.
3. PAYMENT: By checking this box, you, the Buyer, agree to pay for your order at the time of placing it. The Seller accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated on the Seller’s online store.
4. DELIVERY: The Seller will deliver the goods to the address you specify in accordance with the delivery method you choose at the time of placing your order.
5. RISK OF LOSS: Risk of loss for the goods passes to you, the Buyer, upon delivery to the carrier, following the Liberia Commercial Code (2010).
6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS: Returns and refunds will be handled following the Seller’s return and REFUND POLICY (link this) as stated on the Seller’s online store.
7. WARRANTIES: The Seller warrants that the goods will be free from defects in material and workmanship for 30 days from the date of delivery.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved following the dispute resolution procedures outlined in the Liberia Commercial Code (2010).
9. GOVERNING LAW: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed following the laws of the Republic of Liberia.
10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you, the Buyer, and the Seller, and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and representations relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.

Refund Policy
Introduction

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the processing of refunds for purchases made through our online store. This Policy is in accordance with the Liberia Commercial Code (2010) and is applicable to all our customers. By purchasing our online store, you agree to this Policy.

Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: The Headquarters, Nuhewoan Corporation, Congo Town, Monrovia. Liberia 1010 Liberia. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
